Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every premium piece from our collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear & Intimates
  • Swimwear (if hygiene tags have been removed)
  • Slippers (if worn or without original packaging)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return mailing label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original packaging and include:

  • Completed return form (will be provided)
  • Copy of your invoice

International Returns Note: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees and use a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our Virginia Beach headquarters, we will:

  • Inspect the returned items (processing time: 3-5 business days)
  • Notify you via email about the status
  • Process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item within 15 days of delivery:
